It's Newsie Tattoosie Time!!

Yesterday, I had a quick shoot in the a.m. and then I headed back to the tattoo shop. I needed to catch up online, but more importantly, I was getting a new tattoo. Yay!

We started off by giving my Leg Ladies a little "facelift". It's been about 10 years since I got them, and a little touch-up on the line work was in order.

Here's a little tattoo POV for yinz....

After the touch-ups were complete, we moved on to my newest addition

I combined my two favorite loves, Pittsburgh, PA & punk rock! Those of you not "in the know", it's the state of PA, drawn like the Black Flag symbol & colored in black & gold. That's all I'm sayin'. If you still don't understand, google it, lol.

Live in Florida & need a new tattoo? Then head to Absolute Tattoo in Clermont, http://www.rocknrolltattoos.net/  and ask for this guy, Zeb. Or, call him on his cell, 412-973-4039.

Tonight, I'm headed to the Pens/Lightening hockey game in Tampa. I'm going with David Mack (http://www.thebondagechannel.com/) and about 6 of my guy friends from Pittsburgh. The tornadoes kinda threw a wrench in the works, but it should still be a really good time!

I'll Sleep When I'm Dead

I was barely home from my big cross country trip for 3 days, when I had to do a quick turnaround & leave for Florida. I left on Monday, 3/28, and flew into Tampa. By coincidence, sort of, my friend Robbie ended up being on the same flight. I say sort of because a group of about 5 of my guy friends from Pittsburgh, myself & David Mack (http://www.thebondagechannel.com/) are going to the Pittsburgh Penguins vs. Tampa Lightening hockey game on Thursday. Rob's mom lives in Sarasota, so he flew down early to hang out & go to the beach. Anyway.........

I'm only here for a short week this time, and in between working I'm spending some much needed personal time. Not only am I going to the hockey game this week, I'm spending a few days with my ex. We've been broken up for over a decade, and I haven't seen him since he moved to Florida, so I am anticipating seeing him. FYI- whenever him & I started dating, when I was 20, I worked with him in the tattoo shop for a few years. He's the artist that tattooed the pin-ups on my legs, the birds on my shoulder blades, and also my lower back. Since the tattoos on my legs are about a decade old, they will be getting a face lift while I am here ;)

My first shoot was on Tuesday, and I had so much fun!!! I shot for both I Want Feet, http://www.clips4sale.com/studio/570, and Tickle Central, http://www.clips4sale.com/studio/53. Let me tell you, we shot some HOT clips including a foot worship daisy chain & a tickle orgy! Keep checking both stores for the clips!

Cross Country Conclusion

I finally returned from my 5 week cross country trip on Friday, March 25. Eric & I reached Detroit on Thursday & since it was pretty late, I stayed over. We woke up the next day, I got my nails done, and then I started back to Pittsburgh.

All in all the trip was pretty successful, & I am really glad that we did it. I got to experience new places, and new things, and I got to shoot with a lot of photographers & producers that I might not have had the opportunity with otherwise. I also got to see a lot of old friends, which was really cool.

Thanks to everyone who helped make our trip a success! New friends were made, old friends were seen, and Eric & I don't hate each other, lol. Winning!!!

Eric Likes Crappy Music

Saturday morning, er....um, hehe, afternoon, we woke up, shook off the night before, and headed to Tucson. I had a shoot with Tony from Tucson Tied the next day, and as I was really looking forward to our shoot, it was my final shoot of the trip, and I was pretty anxious to get it over with ;)

The drive wasn't too bad, and our hotel was really nice & comfy. We were so exhausted, that nether one of us wanted to get out of bed, lol. But..... I had a shoot to do, and I was really excited to FINALLY shoot with Tony! We arrived at his place, and Dave Annis was there, too. He was in the neighborhood, and decided to drop by & check things out.

We shot 4 or 5 sets, and the shoot went pretty smoothly. Tony was really happy with everything, but as much as I enjoyed the shoot & working with Tony, I wasn't too pleased with my performance. I mean, it wasn't terrible, but I know that I can do better. I'm guessing it's because I haven't really done many bondage shoots lately, and I'm not as limber as I normally am. Well, whatever the reason, I better do something about it because I have plenty of bondage coming up in Florida next week, lol.

Here's a pic from my shoot with Tucson Tied. Keep checking their website to see my update!

Since yesterday was my last shoot, that means that today was the start of our long drive back to Detroit. We left Tucson today & drove to Albuqurque. The drive was....interesting, and FYI, the Gila National Forest is a little scary to drive through, even in the daylight. In fact, the roads were so bendy & windy, and given the fact that we were driving on cliffs, I don't recommend driving through there at night, lol. Tomorrow, we leave Albuquerque & head to Oklahoma City.

He Wouldn't Know A Stooge From A Dwarf

Friday was pretty much our last hurrah in Vegas, and we had a lot to do before we could party that night. Eric had a shoot with Olivia Rose, and I had to get my hair colored (damn roots), and then do a shoot with Sidney Fault. Eric & I went to get our daily Jamba Juice, and then I got ready for my hair appointment.

Sidney recommended that I go to the Shag Me Salon, so that's where I went.  The salon was a really cool punk, rock n roll style salon, and a nice fellow named Jeremy colored my hair for me. We stuck with my traditional blue-black, and he even added a little more blue for me ;) If you're ever in Vegas, and need your hair did, I highly recommend this salon! Afterwards, I went to the Fashion Show Mall, and got nothing accomplished that I wanted to. I don't even want to talk about it, because I'll just get irritated about the time I wasted...... Whenever I got back in my car, I looked at my speedometer, and this is what it looked like. I thought it was pretty neat.

I got back to Sid & Tess's place & quickly got ready for my shoot. It was a glamour bondage shoot & I got to wear my new corsets. Yay! I posted a few pics on my previous blog. We shot the first set in  the garage, and Eric did the rigging for me. The second set was in the living room, and Sidney shot Tess & I together. We got some REALLY great stuff & I even think that this shoot was better than our last one.

Now that all of our "work" was finished for the day, it was finally time to party! We went back to Frankie's Tiki Room first to celebrate a birthday

I, of course, had to get another tiki mug, and this time I chose a much more phallic one, lol.

Eric & I got our picture with the big tiki

Here's me with the birthday girl, Emily

We left Frankie's around 1:30 and headed over to the Doubledown Saloon. It was packed! Sidney made Eric & I drink Ass Juice, and by the time it was time to go home, Eric was double fisting

For some reason, I felt compelled to take a photo of the ladies toilet

We had a pretty decent drive to Tucson the next day. Gonna be a long day.....LOL

Hookah Bookah

On Wednesday, I had my first, and pretty much my only shoot in Vegas. It was for the soon-to-be-live http://www.sultrysmokingstarlets.com/, and this was actually my fourth shoot for the site. The site is owned by a really nice & easy going guy, Larry, and since I don't smoke, I sit around & smoke hookah for him. It's pretty neat, and a lot of fun! This shoot lasted 3 hours, and I have to admit, by the end of the shoot, I wasn't feeling so good. I was lightheaded & a bit nauseous. I drove myself there, and I actually contemplated having my friend drop off Eric so that he could drive my car home, but I figured by the time they found the studio, etc. I could just get myself home, which is exactly what I did.

Whenever I made it back, the house smelled sooo delicious! Tess had made a pot roast in the crock pot, and it smelled so good! I still felt shitty, but I figured food is what I needed, so I tried to fix myself a plate. I tried & tried, but I just couldn't do it. I felt terrible & so pathetic, lol, so I cried to Eric & he fixed my dinner plate for me & brought it to where I was sitting. What a sweetie! I finished eating, and him & I went to the store to pick up some ice cream. I went to bed at a pretty decent time that night, but whenever I woke up the next day, I felt so shitty & my head was pounding. Sidney gave my some ibuprofen, and I fell back asleep until 3pm. Yikes!! It wouldn't have been so bad, except that today was the day that I wanted to go to the corset shop :-( I got up, had coffee & quickly got ready. Eric had a shoot with Caroline Pierce, and she arrived in the meantime. She is such a cutie, and a sweetheart!

Anyway...... I made my way to the corset store, http://www.badattitude.com/, in case you wanted to check it out. I found this place by accident when I was in Vegas last year, and I was so impressed that I have since made this store a destination location whenever I'm in Vegas. The owner of the store hand makes the corsets & the craftmanship is so superior to anything else I've ever owned. Sidney's friend Amber was working (yes! discount!) and she re-measured me and re-fitted me. After trying several styles on, I decided on 2 underbust corsets. One in hot pink, and one in a beige-y taupe. I originally wanted a new overbust corset, but I needed something custom made due to my tiny waist and large ribcage (ahem). I was all about instant gratification that day, so she wrote down the measurements, style & fabric swatch for me so that I could order it at a later date.
Here's a pic of Eric rigging me in my beige-y corset.

Here's the hot pink one...

After the corset store, I quickly got my nails done & made my way back home. We went out to eat, and then whenever we got back, Eric said that he wanted to shoot the custom clip that we had to do, so that's what we did. It was an hour long gag custom, and I am glad that we got it out of the way, lol. We actually did a little back story, and I was a door to door vacuum salesperson. I was trying to get Eric to purchase the Sucks-a-lot 3000, lol. I'll post it to my group whenever he puts it on his store. Too funny!

Here's a pic that was taken of me in Knoxville by Rick Owens

Bright Lights, Big City & Eric Cain's First Time

On Tuesday afternoon, we bid farewell to Los Angeles, and started on our short drive to Las Vegas. I was really looking forward to this part of the trip for a few reasons. First, and foremost, I get to see & stay with, my good friend Sidney Fault & his fiance, Tess, second, I get to visit the custom corset store, and lastly, it was Eric's first time in Vegas, and we get to have fun showing him around! I mean, if you're gonna see Vegas, you gotta see it with a local.

The drive was relatively short, and we arrived in Vegas in the early evening, and after we got settled & ate something, we took Eric out for a little bit of sightseeing. We drove him down the strip ('cause you gotta see it at night) and then we did a drive-by of Hartland, which, back in the day, was owned by the Hilton & when Elvis wasn't staying there, he was staying at Hartland. Then, we took him to Fremont St. I have been to Vegas about 4 or 5 times, and Fremont St. is something that I have always wanted to do, so I was pretty geeked. We parked at the El Cortez, Bugsy Siegel's old joint,
We walked around inside for a bit. Sidney won some quick money at the roulette table, and Eric tried slots for the first time. Since we are such big spenders, I took him to the penny slots. We didn't win anything ;-)
The El Cortez was kinda cool, I mean it was neat to be in there for the historical factor alone, but really, it was kinda sad. I hope we have time to take Eric to a swankier casino before we leave. Anyway......

Fremont St. was awesome! I am so glad that we got to do that, and Eric had a really fun time!

Here's Tess & I having our "experience"

And, here's Tess & Sidney Fault. Awwww.....

I had a lot of fun taking pictures of the old neon. My dream is to one day do a photoshoot in the Neon Graveyard, but *sigh* I hear that that's next to impossible....

We finished up there, and then headed to one of my favorite Vegas spots, Frankie's Tiki Room.
This is my newest aquisition from Frankie's,
And one more time, me & Tess. Tess wasn't feeling too well, and looks a little sleepy :-(

We drank some froufy drinks, soaked up the atmosphere, and called it a night. Both Eric & I had shoots the next day, and we needed to get some sleep. All in all, not a bad first night in Vegas!

HoJo-A-No-Go

The past few days have been quite exciting, lol. We met my friends Laura & Elizabeth at the flea market at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena. Wow! Was that an experience! We spent hours there, and we didn't even get to see half of it! It was HUGE & there were so many people, it was like they arrived in droves, lol.
We looked at so many things, and I wanted to buy so much, but the only thing I walked away with was an apron from the 1920's, which was cool. We had our fill of old fleas after a while, and so we headed to Whittier to meet up with J.J. Plush. Eric & her were shooting Sybil Hawthorne & I had a shoot with Chopper Dave. The shoot with Dave was AWESOME. We shot in his motorcylce shop, and I'm pretty sure that we got some amazing stuff.

We did a scene where I'm wearing my vintage red full fashioned stockings, aaaaannnd..... I got a run in them! I was so pissed! So, I left them at the shop as a little memento of my visit.

After all of our shoots were finished, Eric & I headed to our new hotel, the Howard Johnson. Seemed innocent enough, at first, but the next morning proved to be very entertaining. I awoke to the sounds of the police pounding on doors (not ours) & arresting people. One of the more colorful lines I heard that morning was, "Wipe your ass & get out here!". Eric went to the office to get coffee, and he said that the doors of 3 rooms were open and that there were 6 cop cars in the parking lot. Nice. I had 2 shoots that day, and J.J. was on her way to pick up Eric, so I had to hustle. My first shoot was a custom for Sexy Pandora, and my second shoot was with a guy from Belgium. I didn't know whether or not the second shoot was going to happen until he called me after my first shoot, so it was a nice surprise. I finished up with Pandora, and since I was so close to the Santa Monica Pier, and the Promenade, I decided to check it out. I had always wanted to do both of those, but never has the chance during my previoius visits. The Promenade was cool, and I bought two new pairs of shoes at Nordstrom's. I didn't have the chance to walk down the whole thing, as I got a phone call from a photographer from Belgium asking if I was free that night to do a latex shoot. I finished walking around & made my way back to my hotel.

The Santa Monica Pier. I wonder if it was as cool now as it was in "Lost Boys". I think next time, I will explore that.

My shoot that night was pretty cool & interesting. I just wore various latex pieces & a few of them were inflatable, like I was a giant beach ball, lol. I'll post pics as soon as I get them.

My Gumballs Watches Over Me

Tonight I met up with my friend Laura, and her friend Elizabeth, and we attended a Victorian seance. The seance took place in the back of a new age shop in Los Feliz, and it was a really cool experience. It wasn't creepy, or scary, and the energy was really light & positive. Laura, Elizabeth & I got seats at the main table right away, and whenever we started, Laura got a visit from her daddy, which was was really sweet. She said that he came through to her the last time she was there. After that, the next person to come through was for me, which caught me completely by surprise. Most of my family members who have passed on, died so long ago, that I don't really have any sort of attachment to them. After I asked a few questions, like, are you a family member, are you male/female, which side of my family are you from, etc., it was my grandma! She died when I was 9, so let's just say it had been some time. I'm not going to get into what really happened, or what she told me, or really any details of the seance, but it was a really emotional & positive experience and I'm glad that I did it. I did, however, ask my grandma if she approved of my recent career change...... and she said yes.

To The Land Of Tetanus & Beyond!

Wow! It's been so long since I've been on here, there's so much to write & share. We drove from Flagstaff, AZ to Riverside, CA, and the drive was kinda long, but very, very beautiful & cool! Flgstaff is at an elevation of about 7,000 feet, so it was pretty cold & icy when we left that morning. We drove down through the mountains, which were breathtakingly beautiful, and it started warming up. By the time we reached California, we went from 30 degree weather in Arizona, to 80 degree weather in California! We crossed into CA, went through the inspection area, and started our way across the Mojave desert. Driving through the desert is such an amazing & unique experience! It was so hot! (duh), and there was nothing around for miles, I mean NOTHING. If you are ever on a long drive through the desert, make sure you have a full tank of gas. Our gas light went on, and I kinda started freaking out & had visions of us stranded on the side of the road, in the middle of nowhere, with vultures circling us, lol. Thankfully, before too long, we came across this sigh of relief in the desert:
We pulled in, and of course, I paid their rapingly high gas prices, but..... it was much better than running out of gas;) Just as I finished pumping, a busload of Asian tourists pulled in, so....we quickly made our exit, but not before I took a peek around & snapped some pics! Don't ever want to forget this sweet little oasis in the desert, lol.

We drove through Barstow, which was really, super windy, and then on to Riverside. Again, driving down through the mountains was absolutely breathtaking! We were really close to the clouds, and it was kinda weird.

We checked into our hotel, and had the next day off. We were close to the Tyler Galleria, so I ran some errands at the mall, Eric & I had lunch, and then we went to the Sprint store because he decided that he needed a smart phone. I'll spare you the gorey details, but let's just say that 3 days later, he is still dealing with both of his phones & multiple numbers and......... I can't even think about it.

On the 9th, I had a morning shoot with Michael Keye, which should have been a fairly easy & fun shoot, but I didn't sleep well the night before and I woke up with a splitting headache. I mean, I felt awful. Oh well, the show must go on, as they say, wnd we drove to his place. The shoot actually went really well, and I always enjoy hanging out & shooting with Michael, but by the end of the shoot, I felt even worse. Oh well..... no time to think about how shitty I felt. I had to drive to Long Beach to drop Eric off at our new hotel, and then I had to get to my second shoot of the day. Keep in mind, I still haven't eaten anything yet. My head is pounding, I'm nauseaus, and I have to go somewhere & be sexy for 2 hours. I get to my shoot, knock out the clips that I needed to do, and then went to the closest fast food place that I could find. Yes, even I can't believe that I just typed that. I ended up at Gag In A Bag, er, uh... Jack In The Box, and had a huge burger, curly fries, and a soda. Yes, a soda. I have comepletely fallen off the nutrition wagon on this trip, and it's time to get back on! No more gross food or soda, lol.

I get back to our room, and lay down for a bit. Eric & J.J. Plush show up not too long after, and then a hairstylist shows up to cut Eric's hair. Finally, lol. He was looking a little scruffy.

The next day I had off, but it was Eric's first day filming his horror movie. Well, he wasn't filming it, but starring in someone else's creative vision. I woke up with a splitting headache & extreme nausea, again, and found it really difficult to get out the door. I made it, and we stopped for Jamba Juices along the way. Whenever we got to the meeting place, Dale, the director, had some Bayer that he shared with me, and I started feeling better right away. We drove to the location in the Angeles National Forest, and where we went was perfect for a horror movie!

Quite the refreshing swimming pool!
The day was long, the desert was hot, but Eric said that everything went ok. He's shooting again today, but I opted to stay at the hotel, and I just dropped him off at the meeting place. I caught up on internet work today, talked to my mom, and now I'm going to get ready to meet my friend Laura. We are attending a Victorian seance tonight, and I'm really excited! WoooooOOOOOOOooooooo.....

Welcome to "Owl"-buquerque, NM!!

Amarillo was a pretty cool little town. We didn't get to do much exploring, but I did get a mani/pedi before we left, and Eric got his brows waxed. Now, we just need to get him a haircut, and he will be good to go. Supposedly, he's getting one on the 9th, in L.A. Anyway........

The drive to Albuquerque was really, really cool & beautiful! We could definitely tell when we left Texas & entered New Mexico, because the scenery went from plainsland to desert in the blink of an eye.
We traveled I-40, which is really Rt 66, and I was completely stoked at first, but was quickly disappointed. I even followed the exits for Historic Route 66, but found that it was just one dilapidated disappointment after the other. Everything that was really cool at one time was either closed or just run down. Now, when I say that I was disappointed, that's really putting it mildly. I love Americana, and I have wanted to follow Route 66 my entire life & see all of the really cool kitschy things, and now that I've done it, I'm just like, "Meh". It was like looking at the shell of something that was once great.

Albuquerque is a pretty cool little town, and they had an historic district that I really wanted to explore, but not only didn't we have any time, I really need to watch my spending. I only have 1, maybe 2, paid shoots lined up in L.A. which really sucks, and is why this is my last trip there.

Our hotel in Albuquerque was pretty neat. You could totally tell that it was built in the 60's, and not much had changed. Our room was roomy, and nice, but I'm still trying to figure out why our shower had 2 heads....

Right in front of our hotel was this gem

Of course I made Eric eat dinner there, lol. It was awesome! I mean, who wouldn't want to eat inside of a giant owl? We even went back this morning for breakfast!

Being the dork that I am, I HAD to buy a souvenir mug. I told Eric that he needed more adventure in his life, so he bought a mug, too. Then, it was off to Flagstaff, AZ. Again, the drive was really pleasant & very beautiful.. A little more cloudy thn I would have liked, but much better than the weather that's happening in Detroit & Pittsburgh right now! The rock formations & the canyons were beautiful! You know, I've flown cross this country soooo many times, and sometimes you can look down & see the mountains & valleys & deserts, but it was really cool being able to drive through all of the things that I usually see from the air. Once again, Route 66 was extremely disappointing, but every once in a while, something cool would pop up.

The scenery right before we hit Flagstaff was gorgeous, and we witnessed the most beautiful sunset, ever! I felt like we were driving into a postcard, lol, with the sunset, the clouds, the mountains and the rock formations. I can't even begin to do it justice by describing it.

Flagstaff, on the other hand, is a bunch of bullshit, lol. It's cold, and there's snow & ice! Bah! I thought I left that at home, haha. Anyway, there's an historic district here, as well, so maybe we can cruise through there before we leave for California tomorrow. Wow. I can't believe that we have been on the road for 2 weeks already, and that we will be in L.A. tomorrow.
